Chiropractic
Our chiropractors see people of all ages for a variety of different reasons but the practice of chiropractic comes down to one thing, improving how your body functions. If your body isn’t functioning properly, our job is to find and remove the interference. This unique approach to health and healing is what makes chiropractic different from most modern medical treatments.
Chiropractic care focuses on the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of musculoskeletal and nervous system disorders. It emphasizes the relationship between the spine and the nervous system, and how this relationship affects overall health. Chiropractors use manual therapies, primarily spinal manipulation (adjustments), to restore proper joint movement and function, aiming to improve the body’s natural healing abilities.
Chiropractic care is well known to relieve the symptoms of headaches and neck or back pain but also it is a vital component in improving the brain-body connection. Come and see for yourself!

Dry Needling
Dry needling is a safe modality where fine disposable, sterile needles are inserted into palpable tender spots known as myofascial trigger points. Myofascial Trigger Points can be defined as the hypersensitive nodes and taut bands that are a result of hyperirritable spots in the skeletal muscle. These spots produce pain upon compression and normally illicit referred pain, in line with radiculopathy patterns of specific muscles affected.
During the process of dry needling, these high quality, single use needles penetrate the skin to effect on the underlying skeletal muscle, this stimulating the nervous system to illicit a desired response.
It is different from traditional Chinese acupuncture in that the needles are not inserted into meridian lines although many dry needling points are the same. The aim of dry needling is to increase blood supply and neural stimulation, while reducing muscle spasm and pain.

Book NowShockwave Therapy & Dynamic Taping
Shockwave Therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses high-energy acoustic waves to stimulate tissue repair and reduce pain, commonly used for musculoskeletal conditions like tendinopathy.
Dynamic Tape is an elastic, biomechanical tape designed to provide support and facilitate natural movement by absorbing load and reducing stress on injured tissues.
Shockwave Therapy and Dynamic Tape are often used in combination as a treatment for tendinitis/tendinopathy as Shockwave Therapy directly stimulates cellular repair, improving blood flow, collagen production, and accelerated healing for chronic tendon injurie, while Dynamic Tape helps offload strain on tendons, aids in pain reduction and supports functional movement without restricting range of motion.

Book NowPaediatrics & Pregnancy
Chiropractic care during pregnancy and childhood offers a gentle, non-invasive approach to supporting the body’s natural ability to function, grow, and heal.
During pregnancy, a woman’s body undergoes significant physical and hormonal changes. Chiropractic adjustments can help manage common discomforts such as lower back pain, pelvic misalignment, and postural strain. Proper alignment of the pelvis and spine can also contribute to a more comfortable pregnancy and potentially smoother labour and delivery. Our techniques are tailored to be safe and effective throughout all stages of pregnancy.
From birth, a child’s spine and nervous system are rapidly developing. Birth itself, even under the best circumstances, can be physically demanding on a newborn’s body. Paediatric chiropractic care focuses on gentle, age-appropriate adjustments to support healthy development, improve sleep, reduce colic, assist with latching and feeding, and boost overall immune function. As children grow, chiropractic can also help with posture, coordination, and managing the effects of falls and active play.
Our chiropractors are specially trained in prenatal and paediatric techniques, using soft touch and low-force adjustments suited to each individual’s needs. We are committed to creating a calming, supportive environment where families can feel informed and empowered on their wellness journey.
